· Direct debit for tenant rent payments and owner deposits
· Oversight of any necessary repairs to maintain the value of your property by licensed, insured vendors
· Seasonal letters regarding upkeep and maintenance
· Drive-by visual inspections and periodic interior inspections of the home
· All accounting activities including mortgage, insurance, tax and bill payments
Windermere Property Management charges 1 months rent (withheld from your new tenants) plus 10% of monthly rent (beginning at Lease Start Date)
